February 21, 2012

Dear IndieKazoo Customers,

IndieKazoo is Going Out of Business on March 21, 2012

IndieKazoo is proud to have served the independent music community for over 6 years, and it is with great sadness that we close our doors.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

All existing stores will remain fully functional through March 20, 2012.

Then, on March 21, 2012 all IndieKazoo stores will be deactivated and securely deleted.

WHAT HAPPENS TO SONGS PURCHASED BETWEEN NOW AND THEN?

Songs purchased from IndieKazoo stores remain available for download for 25 days after the IndieKazoo closing date.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY INDIEKAZOO STORE URL?

Your IndieKazoo store URL will no longer work after the closing date.

WHAT ABOUT MY MUSIC/SONGS?

All music files stored in your IndieKazoo account will be securely deleted.

CAN I GET A RECORD OF MY SALES DATA?

Yes. Your sales data is available as a CSV file download. To download it, log in to your account and use the Export CSV button on the Reports page.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO DO?

Yes. On or after March 21, you will need to disable your PayPal IPN, PDT and Auto Return settings in your PayPal.com account so that your PayPal customers are no longer directed to IndieKazoo.com after checkout. After the closing date, IndieKazoo will no longer respond to payment notifications or redirects from PayPal.

THANK YOU

Thank you. We've enjoyed serving you, and we wish you continued success with your music.
