Ordering Music
- How does this work?
- When you make a purchase, your payment goes directly to the artist's PayPal account. Just click one of the "Buy" buttons to add an item to your cart.
- I purchased a music download. How will I receive the music?
- An email titled "Order Confirmation and Download Link" is automatically sent to the email address entered during the payment process. Your downloads are immediately available via the link you receive in your email.
- I did not get my download link. What should I do?
- Your download link is automatically sent to the email address entered during the payment process. Check your junk/spam folder if you do not see your order confirmation email in your regular inbox.
If you can't find the email, you can request a new download link here.
- I made a payment via eCheck. When will I receive my order?
- PayPal eCheck payments usually take 3-4 business days to clear. Once your payment has cleared, your order confirmation email will be sent. If you have purchased items for download, your download link will be included.
- I purchased a physical CD. How and when will I receive it?
- Each artist ships their own CDs, so the shipping time and method may vary. CDs will be shipped to the mailing address you provided during the payment process. For shipping status, please contact the store owner listed on your PayPal email receipt.
- What happens when I purchase both a physical CD and a download?
- You'll receive an email with your download link right away, and your physical CD will arrive by mail.
- I downloaded a ".ZIP" file. How do I open it?
- Usually you can just double-click the saved Zip file to extract the individual MP3 files. If this doesn't work, you may need an "unzip" program for your computer. WinZip, Stuffit, and ZIP Reader are popular choices.
- Will this music play on my MP3 player?
- Yes. The songs are plain MP3 files which play on any MP3 player. There are no copy protections or other restrictions on these files. Please respect the artist's rights when making decisions about your downloaded songs.
